ACRYLAMIDE (C3H3ONH2) is a chemical that is produced naturally in starchy foods when cooked at high temperatures.it is also manufactured industrially for use in production of polyacrylamide gels,which are use for various purposes,including treatment of drinking water and waste water.
Any carbohydrate that is roasted,toasted,Baked,broiled or fried pontentially contains acrylamide. this is not addictives, it is a chemical formed on a daily basis in our day to day cooking in our kitchen.
EFFECTS:high dosage of this chemical have been connected to nervous system and cancer.Reseach suggest an increased risk of ovarian ,uterine, and kidney cancer.another showed mothers who eat high amount of acrylamide had babies with reduced birth weight.

SHOCKING HEALTH THREAT IN YOUR FOOD
1,BROMINATED VEGETABLE OILor BVO is vegetable oil that has atoms of the element BROMINE bonded to it, is essentially vegetable oil treated with the high-density element bromine. BVO was originally created as a flame retardant for children’s clothes and mattresses.the sad news is its added to our favorite sodas and energy drink in market.
WHY IT IS ADDED TO OUR DRINK: soda manufacturers started adding BVO to help prevent the flavouring from seperating and floating to the surface on the shelf. BVO is an emulsifier used to spread the fruit and coloring elements of the liquid evenly, giving citrus drinks a natural appearance and keeping the flavors evenly distributed.
SIDE EFFECT: However,there are case reports of adverse effects associated with excessive consumption of BVO containing products,one case reported that a man who consumed one to four liter of soda containing BVO on a daily basis experienced memory loss. The beauty of Pearls.
Pearls are images of glowing jewels huddled deep in oysters far beneath the surface of the sea Since the beginning of time, pearls have been proclaimed as one of the world's most beautiful ,glamorous and magical gems. Lately pearls are the foundation of every woman's jewelry wardrobe. Fashionable, feminine , pearls enhance a woman's range of styles. Rich ,elegant and classy, a glowing star in the world of jewelry, pearl necklace can take a woman through every moment in her life, every outfit in her wardrobe,for our day to day life, and every occasion. Hands down,the possibilities are endless.
My love for pearls began when my husband bought a pair of gorgeous set of pearl for my birthday gift,I had never worn pearls and never thought I would enjoy owning and wearing any. My opinion on pearls at the time was that they are expensive,worn on formal wears comparing to gold that most of us are used to.My hubby love pearls,he forbids Gold and others,to him Pearls are classy and looks elegant on you.thanks to him,he got me my first pearl.

Pearls are beautiful on their own,,the beauty is from within,when placed next to other types of jewelry,you quickly realizes what makes them so unique. Pearls have an understated and outstanding beauty that I can only describe as rich and deep. A diamond will reflect light,Gold's beauty is almost lost once it's polished, Pearls have beauty from within. There is a depth to the reflection of a pearl, the low tone and glow set pearls unique from everything else.
No other gem has magnetize our fascination and admiration like the pearl. Diamonds may be forever, but pearls have been known as prized for centuries. Almost all other gemstones are formed by mineral deposits that must be mined, cut, and polished to reveal their sparkling beauty. Pearls, on the other hand, are beautiful as they are straight out of the oyster,I will cal it God's own beauty. High quality pearls have an intense, brilliant gow and shiny that exude from within the gem. For these reasons, pearls have become a symbol of purity and natural beauty.
Since them I got hooked to pearl,now I realized pearls reflects taste, can go with any outfit and any occasion..
How and When to rock heels(heels obsession)
I have been rocking Stileto heels since teen,.I am very petite, My appearance is extremely important to me. When I am in public, full makeup, cute outfit, full jewelry and always on a pair of stilleto heels. I wear from 4nches l and up on a regular basis and enjoy all the wonderful compliment I receive.
If a pair of shoe must look good to me ,it has to be a stiletto.the low heel just blindfolded me from seeing the cuteness in low heel shoes.I LL SAY AM OBSESSED WITH HIGH HEELS!!!!.When lot of friends feels uncomfortable dancing in medium heel,I feel so good and sexxy dancing in high heels,uhmm my dancing steps re hot in them..
If you are a woman who absolutely craves the attention of men. When you enter a room, You want to be noticed and admired,.You simply want to be the most divine, desirable creature in the room. Stileto should be your choice from 4inches and up.No doubt you will get all the attention u needed to get on top of your gamelogically for you to get noticeable you ve to be about 5' 9,if you are not up to that height you ve to balance up with high heel shoes.
They say if you ve it flaunt them,wear a higher heel. to fully show off your lovely leg and heels.. Depending on the occasion,You may wear a 5 inch or even a higher heel.I limit heels over 41/2 inches to only my most romantic and intimate moments, I only wear sandals with a extremely thin heel, and very thin straps.You will love all the admiring looks receive from gentlemen when you' re tiptoeing atop a pair of 5 inch stiletto heel sandals.Though it is extremely difficult to walk in these shoes, (valet parking is a must) guess what men will always be available to take your arm.
.For a dinner, you must be on high heel ,if you want total attention of your date, you ll totally dependent on your date for support,because your feet are bent almost like a ballerina's foot.The gentleman must keep his arm around your waist at all times, so that you can maintain your balance, and he must gently assist your every move.trust me you ll find it so romantic to be held by a man and depend on him for every move. I find out that the heels bring us closer together every outing. .
Even after all these years of wearing stilettos, I still feel so unsteady, yet sexxy,glamorous and confident of myself while wearing my heels.being properly made-up, fashionably attired,wearing coordinating accessories.
